Today I am linking up to This Kind of Love for her “What I'm loving Wednesday” weekly post. This week…
1. I'm loving my Bridal Party: Kayln, Anna, Claire, Carli, Jennie, Jordan, Betsy & Schueler. They are a great group of girls, and I could not be happier with the friends that will be standing next to me on my wedding day! So far, the girls have been excellent about giving advice and being available to talk about wedding updates.
For the bridal party invitations, I tried to think of something unique and fun. I ended up getting cookies in the shape of bridesmaid dresses at a cute bakery in Nashville called Dulce Dessert. I sent each girl the cookie along with a card that asked: Will you be my Bridesmaid? {or Maid of Honor}. I got the cards printed at an adorable store in Franklin, TN called Prim and Paper.
{The bridal party invitation- light purple and light green are the colors of our wedding!}
2. I'm especially loving my two maids of honor- Kayln and Anna. These two lovely ladies are giving up their weekend to scope out some bridesmaid dresses with me in Nashville. We have a busy Saturday planned at four different bridal stores, but we have also planned some fun dinners at Cantina Laredo and the new Virago! It’s going to be a great weekend!
3. I'm loving the movie The King’s Speech. Although admittedly I wasn’t thrilled about seeing this movie at first, I am SO glad I did. It is so uplifting and the acting was incredible. The movie, which portrays King George VI’s battle to overcome a stammer, also shows how crucial the support of his wife Queen Elizabeth {mother of the current Queen} was in his development. As it gets closer to their big day, Prince William and Kate Middleton have a timely cinematic reminder of a successful and important royal marriage from the last century.
4. And of course, I'm loving my fiancé!

What a sweet way to ask people to be in your wedding party!
We love love love YOU stefanie helen!!! Can't wait for FRIDAY!!!!
The bridal party invitations are gorgeous! Love them!
Love the way that you asked your bridal party. How cute! Planning a wedding is so much fun! My one recommendation is that for your cake, have sheet cakes in the back and a small cake for display. It will allow you to save some money and spend on other things you may want.
