On March 17, 2012, Blake and I are getting married and starting our lives together. Ever since our engagement on December 26, 2011, we have been in a whirlwind of planning and running around. It has already been almost 2 months since we got engaged and the days are flying by. This is such a fun time in my life, and I want to make sure that I remember it and take the time to cherish everyday of it. This blog will be a perfect way for me document the year of our engagement, along with the normal activities of everyday life.
We hit the ground running and started planning the day after we got engaged. We have already made great strides! So far we have set a date, chosen a venue, started planning engagement parties, and taken engagement photos. {The picture above is from an engagement shoot- we got creative in the snow!}
The inspiration for the name of my blog is the date of our wedding, a date that will have meaning in my life in 2012 and for many years to come! I should be writing new posts every week so make sure to check back!

Just found your blog! You two are so cute together. My hubby & I just recently got married in August. I just loved planning our wedding! I had so much fun! Hope you do too! Saw where you live in TN. We are not too far from you! We live in the foothills of NC :)
