For the past two weeks I have been doing yoga at a place called Sanctuary in Green Hills. At first, I was not sure if I would like it because I have never been very flexible. BUT after only a few sessions I started noticing a huge improvement in my flexibility and balance. It almost is somewhat addicting because there are always new moves and positions to master. Yoga develops strength, increases metabolism, increases respiration, reduces stress, alleviates muscle aches and strains, creates internal harmony and increases focus, concentration and awareness. The benefits extend both to our mental and physical well-being and health. Physically, we feel better about our bodies while we develop strength and flexibility. Mentally, we find a sense of ease and balance in our lives.
Since starting yoga, I have also began drinking Green Tea.
Green tea is a natural remedy and it is beneficial for pain and other medical problems. The history of green tea can be traced down since ages. I also think it tastes yummy. I've been making it as a warm drink in the morning, and as a cool drink throughout the day. If you don't like the taste of green tea, try putting some honey into it!

i've done yoga but could never learn to relax enough to enjoy it! i do agree with the Lululemon outfits...too cute!
