What a wonderful time!

This week has been a week full of fun drinks and good food as we have been celebrating the end of law school! On Tuesday we went to a girls happy hour and got these delicious two for one bellinis at Whiskey Kitchen!
{Anna and I's drinks)
That same night we spotted a recipe for a champagne pitcher drink that we decided to make (along with margaritas) for our cinco de mayo celebration! The recipe calls for pureed strawberries (chop and puree in blender or food processor), st. germain (the little bottle is so cute!), and a bottom of champagne. It turned out perfect and was great to drink by the pool.
I definitely celebrated the holiday with homemade Mexican food on Thursday, a black bean quesadilla on Friday before the Preds game, a delicious goat cheese and portobello taco at Local Taco on Saturday, and fajitas for Blake's grandmother's birthday last night! Who doesn't love Mexican though?!?!
{homemade Mexican!}
In other exciting news, we received the 3000 wedding photo proofs this weekend and I had so much fun looking through them! Here is a photo that I sent to one my bridesmaids to jog her memory from the night. Blake looks like he is having fun too :)
Can't wait to show more of the pictures once we have the final versions!
