This week I have been testing out a new green smoothie after my workouts. The smoothie includes celery, spinach, romaine lettuce, apples, banana, and lemon juice! Just put all the ingredients in blender with a little water and mix it up! It tastes good and makes you feel good!
This week I have also began to baby my first plant in our patio area! Blake's mom gave me this hydrangea plant and said that hers has lived over a year. Hopefully I have the same luck!

I love those green smoothies. They are the perfect post workout snack because they're pretty low calorie and really fill you up. I've had a lot of fun switching out the fruit and finding the best combination.
