This weekend was so much fun! I got to see my parents, my friends, and my fiance all in one weekend! How exciting! On Friday Blake flew up to New York. During the day I showed him some of the things that I have been working on for the wedding. In the afternoon we went to a "tasting" at our wedding reception venue. They brought out almost every option on the menu from the hor dourves to the cakes. We chose the food we want to serve at the wedding and designed our wedding cake and Blake's grooms cake. All of the food was so yummy!
After the tasting Blake and I headed into NYC for a night out! We started at Caroline's Comedy Club. The comedian was Natasha Leggero from the Chelsea Lately show. She was hysterical and we were laughing the entire time! After the show we went and had a few more drinks. It was a fun night in NYC!
Saturday during the day we went to buy Blake's tuxedo for the wedding and figure out all the rentals for the groomsmen. The tuxes are very classic and elegant. I love the choices Blake made!
Saturday night my Dad has his annual Christmas party. It is always a good time and some of my friends from high school stopped by. It was so nice to see them!

Sunday after a pretty late Saturday night, we met with our band and went over the song list. We picked out some good tunes and I can foresee a lot of dancing on that night! It was also fun to hear him sing our wedding song! Sunday night Blake was on his way back to Nashville. Hope everyone had a good weekend!
I've got a full week of wedding planning ahead of me.
